What an incredible city Chicago is! Forty miles of lakefront, every imaginable cultural venue, a thriving economy, hundreds of unique and individual neighborhoods, and one of them will be just right for your new home!

If you have the opportunity to live in the City of Chicago don´t pass it up. This city has everything you could desire in an urban environment. There is nothing it lacks. There is magnificent Lake Michigan for great fishing, boating and some the best sailing in the world. Chicago has miles of beaches and parks, and more
bike trails than any other city anywhere. There is great public transportation, plentiful and reliable. We have great theater, great museums and great music. We have easy access to the shorelines of Indiana and Michigan and their summer cottage communities. Wisconsin is to the north which also has great outdoors, with camping, hunting, fishing and more. This city has has football, baseball (two teams!), basketball, soccer and hockey. Every corner of the city has public and private sports facilities. We have Taylor Street the Mag Mile, Navy Pier, Sears Tower, Trump Tower. There are street festivals, neighborhood festivals, block parties, and garden walks. Great colleges and universities. There is absolutely everything you could want, whether you are 2 or 92. There are children´s programs, children´s theater, park programs, play grounds, gyms and play groups. You can locate public schools, magnate schools, private schools, parochial schools and nursery schools.

If you are going to be living and working in the the area, consider the advantages city living has to offer. It could be a once in a lifetime experience, or it may turn into a lifetime home. If you are an employer thinking of expanding, consider Chicago and how attractive it will be to potential employees.

Chicago is very user friendly for housing. We have had a steady rise in real estate values for almost two decades, and we still have lot´s of room to grow. Our housing costs in relation to salaries paid, is much better than comparable urban areas.

I sell homes on Chicago´s north side and near downtown. It´s a service area that covers dozens of distinct neighborhoods, each with something different to offer.
